Building Permit requirement for Pool / Spa

Above-ground Pools/Spas: Above-ground relocatable spas and pools are exempt from needing a building permit, but the safety barriers around them must have a building permit.

In-ground and Semi-inground Pools: There are no exemptions for In-ground or Semi-inground pools. These pools must have a building permit.
