Before I found Prime drafting, I almost gave up on building a verandah as finding someone to do a building permit was so difficult. I couldn't find any good information or any recommendation on how to get a building permit without costing a small fortune. I was really lucky that I found Prime drafting from google search eventually. Jawad was so helpful and knowledgeable and provided valuable recommendations in regards to the engineering report (which I did not know I needed). He answered all my questions promptly and was able to guide me each step of the way. The cost was very reasonable and he took care of everything needed to obtain a building permit, which came though really quickly.
